Clearwater Cove Chalet is a recently renovated 3-bedroom lakefront retreat, set in a quiet and peaceful private cove with a sandy beach and consistently calm, swimmable water.
Located on a private road with no traffic, it’s ideal for families, children, and pets. The setting is truly peaceful - just nature, water, and quiet surroundings.
Guests have access to a canoe and kayaks, an outdoor firepit, a wood-burning fireplace, WiFi, and Netflix on two large flat-screen TVs.
The chalet is accessible year-round, with quiet roads for walking, nearby ski hills, and direct access to snowmobiling via Quebec Route 33 less than a minute away (which also serves as an easy long forest trail in the summer).
The home is spread over two levels, with two comfortable living areas and two bathrooms - one full bathroom with a soaker tub and separate shower, and one half bathroom with laundry - all set on flat, easy-access land.
Conveniently located just 20 minutes from Sainte-Agathe-des-Monts for groceries, dining, and shopping, and only 1 hour 20 minutes from Montreal.

Sand beach area with shallow water entrance. Very easy access for small children.

The lake is a "head lake", meaning no pollution from outside water sources, and clear. In the middle of the lake, you can see to the bottom. Mostly small Trout and Perch for fishing.

No light pollution from any vantage point, and because of the general higher elevation of this lake, the stars are particularly bright when compared to even other locations in the Laurentians. Fantastic location for star gazers!
